When you make a tour enquiry, Gabriel Redback collects the details you choose to provide: your name, email, phone number, the names of everyone in your group, preferred tour and dates, guest count, interests, message and any optional fitness or accessibility needs.

Why we ask

These details help Gabriel respond, plan a suitable experience and manage availability. A scheduled request provisionally holds your group’s places; a private request reserves the whole date while it is reviewed. You are not automatically added to a marketing list, and no payment information is collected here.

Where your enquiry goes

Enquiries are stored with the website in Cloudflare D1 and are accessible to authorised editors. When notifications are connected, enquiries are also sent through Web3Forms to the configured inbox. The booking form says when notifications are disconnected.

Keeping information only as needed

Gabriel can delete enquiries once they are no longer needed. Please share only accessibility information that helps plan your experience. To ask about, correct or remove your details, email Gabriel and include your enquiry reference.

Website and social features

Cloudflare processes technical request information to operate and protect the website. The enquiry form uses temporary rate limits to reduce spam. Protected editing uses a password and a secure session cookie. Social links open external platforms, which apply their own privacy policies.
